The old way vs the covered way

Every pound stays with the job.

From the first price to the last payment, the conversation happens in the van, on a ladder, or over a noisy drill. Keep it all connected while it's fresh.

Before

“What's left to pay?”

The quote is in one chat, the deposit is in another, extras are in your head, and the final bill becomes a last-minute calculation.

Scattered prices · unclear balance · awkward chase
After

One job. Exact balance.

The quote, deposit, agreed extras, and final balance are all clear to the customer before they tap to approve or pay.

Itemised · timestamped · ready to settle

Straight answers

Still got questions?

No jargon, no pretending. Here is what happens when the job gets messy or the customer wants to do things the old-fashioned way.

What if my customer refuses to pay online?

That is fine. Record a cash or bank-transfer payment manually in your dashboard, including an optional reference and paid date. The secure link still gives you a clear approval and payment record.

Does it integrate with Xero or QuickBooks?

Not yet. Work Authorisation gives you downloadable PDF records and receipts today; live Xero and QuickBooks syncing is not part of the current product.

Is a digital tap legally binding in the UK?

A customer tap records explicit approval with the project, amount, and time, creating a useful evidence trail. Whether an agreement is legally binding depends on the full circumstances, so use your normal written terms for higher-risk work. This is not legal advice.

Less explaining. More getting paid.
